Conversion vs Upscale
A conversion is when you modify the geometry (mesh) of an item from one form to another. For example, you convert from vanilla to Bibo+, or from TBSE regular to TBSE slim. A conversion can also be the act of using one or more textures and creating another. For example, utilising a diffuse and/or normal and/or specular map to generate a multi map for use in conjunction with a colormap.An upscale is specifically thee editing of the texture of an item, and refers to the act of increasing the resolution. For example, increasing a diffuse map from 16x16px to 256x256px.One does not upscale the breast size of a 3D model.
Converting and releasing items cleanly
When adding metadata for something like a hand item, as there is only a male version that other races scale off for example, extra unnecessary assets are generated.For example, when converting a hand item that only has a male variant to work with Bibo+ textures, one would add the metadata for Midlander Female, which will generate a model based on the male mesh and a new material. The material is entirely useless and takes up space. When importing the converted model and assigning the correct skin texture, you should also change the item texture to use the male variant, as the female variant is a copypaste. From here you would simply go into Manage Mod List > Standalone (Non Modpack) > [the item you've converted] and delete any material files including the colormap. The only items you need when releasing a conversion like this is the model and metadata.

Evelyn is a non-commercial bot built for community features and server administration, including raids, reminders, profiles and moderation tools. By adding or using her, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using her; server administrators can remove her from their server. Removing the bot does not itself delete existing records.2. Responsible use
Follow Discord’s terms, community guidelines and your server’s rules. Do not use Evelyn to harass others, distribute prohibited content, access information without permission, exploit the bot or interfere with her operation. Only submit content you are entitled to use, and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.Server administrators are responsible for choosing appropriate features, permissions and destinations for posts and logs. Some features are individually opt-in; others, such as welcome messages and logging, are configured for the server.3. Availability and limitations
Evelyn is provided as-is. Features may change, be restricted, become unavailable or be removed. Uptime, error-free operation and prevention of data loss are not guaranteed. Reminders, scheduled posts and moderation actions can fail or be delayed; check important outcomes rather than relying on the bot alone. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.4. Other services
Evelyn depends on Discord and may use services such as Patreon and public game-information providers. Their availability, rules and API changes can affect her features. Using Evelyn does not replace any obligations you have under those services’ own terms.5. Privacy and removal
Evelyn is designed to process and retain only the information needed to provide her features.The Privacy Policy explains what Evelyn processes, where information is stored and how removal works.Use /mydata for a private feature summary, removal instructions and an optional follow-up request. Requests are reviewed manually. Clearing a registration, ending an event, disabling a feature or removing the bot may leave Discord posts, logs or backups requiring separate review. Sending a request is not confirmation that deletion is complete.6. Changes and contact

Evelyn is a non-commercial community bot. I have no interest in collecting or retaining people’s data. Evelyn stores information only to support her features, and my aim is to keep that information to a minimum. Data is not distributed, sold, or otherwise used for advertising or behavioural profiling. Some features are individually opt-in; others, including welcome messages and logging, are enabled by server administrators.2. What Evelyn processes
Depending on which features are used or enabled:
• Discord identifiers, names, nicknames, avatars and configuration needed to operate features and identify members.
• Raid details, signups, reminder preferences and delivery records; optional birthday day/month (never birth year); profile-card information, links, images and post references.
• Selected forum drafts and attachments, public game-character information, and other content supplied for bot posts or saved embeds.
• Moderation records and configured event logs: joins, departures, nickname/role changes, and edited/deleted message text and attachment references.
• Messages checked for “good bot” or “bad bot” in selected servers. This listener does not create its own message archive; runtime caches and separately enabled logs are distinct. This is for meme purposes.
• Connected Patreon account/campaign details, authorisation tokens, webhook information and posts.
• Privacy requests: your user ID, scope, optional notes, feature summary, ticket references, timestamps, status and outcome.
I will never use data processed by Evelyn (including messages, profiles, signups and interactions with bot posts) to train AI or machine-learning models, or supply that data to others for training. I do not touch that nonsense.3. Storage and visibility
eature records are stored on an encrypted computer, with backups on an encrypted flash drive. Both are kept locally under my control. Evelyn also uses temporary runtime caches. Bot posts and logs are stored on Discord and visible to people with access to their channels. Logs can preserve information after their original message is deleted.Evelyn’s bot process, locally stored records, and backups will remain on hardware physically under my control. I will not move them to cloud hosting. Discord still hosts bot messages and attachments, and enabled integrations communicate with their providers as described below.Integrations contact their providers as needed: Discord, Patreon/ngrok, public game-information services such as Lodestone and FFXIV Collect, and content/image hosts. Selected identifiers or URLs are sent where needed to retrieve content. Providers handle their services under their own policies.4. Keeping and removing data
Use the available removal controls for birthdays, profiles, raid participation and connected accounts. Clearing a saved record may leave posted copies, tracking references or backups. Disabling a feature, leaving a server or ending an event does not automatically erase everything.Raid cleanup is manual for eligible raids older than 30 days; this is not an automatic expiry. Logs and published posts also remain until removed. Backups are routinely deleted manually after one week. Deletion requests include checking applicable backups and test copies so a restore does not bring removed data back.5. Your choices and privacy requests
Use /mydata for a private summary and removal instructions. It does not search every Discord post, moderation record or backup, so an empty summary does not prove no data remains.You can preview and confirm a follow-up request, or contact luminiari_ directly. Tickets go to a restricted channel readable by those with access, including trusted accounts and Discord administrators. Minimal status information is also stored locally. Requests are reviewed manually; sending one is not confirmation of deletion. Check progress through /mydata.I will explain completed actions and any remaining copies or limitations. Copies held independently by others may be outside my control. Deletion does not prevent future administrator-enabled logging. Completed tickets and request records are removed manually after notifying you and resolving backup issues. There is no automatic ticket expiry. Never include passwords or tokens in requests.6. Access and updates
